Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 18, 2026

Meliorone LLC ("Meliorone," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you interact with our websites, advertisements and lead forms (including instant forms on Facebook and Instagram), how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

1. Who We Are

Meliorone is a marketing and lead generation company. We are not an insurance company, insurance agency, or insurance producer, and we do not sell, bind, or underwrite insurance. When you request an insurance quote through one of our forms, we pass your request to a licensed insurance agency, which provides the quote and any insurance services.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit one of our forms, we may collect:

We do not ask for your Social Security number, driver's license number, or payment information through our forms.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

4. How We Share Your Information

If you request an insurance quote, we share your information with one licensed insurance agency that we match you with, so that the agency can contact you about your request. We may also share information with service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting, form, messaging, phone-verification and customer-relationship tools), who may use it only to provide services to us. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

We do not sell your information to data brokers or unrelated third parties. Under some state laws, sharing your information with an agency in exchange for payment may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. See Section 10 for your rights.

5. Calls, Text Messages and Emails

By submitting a quote request and checking the consent box, you agree that Meliorone LLC and the one licensed insurance agency we match you with may contact you by phone calls, text messages and emails, including through automated technology such as an automatic telephone dialing system, at the phone number and email address you provided, about your insurance quote request. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may be contacted even if your number is on a national or state Do Not Call list because you requested the contact.

Checking the consent box and submitting the form is your electronic signature and your express written consent under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and similar state laws.

6. Meta Platforms

If you submit a form through Facebook or Instagram, your information is first collected through Meta's lead generation tools and is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy in addition to this one.

7. Data Retention and Security

We keep your information only as long as needed to fulfill your request, keep consent records, and meet legal and legitimate business purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

8. Children

Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Text Messaging Program for Business Inquiries

If a business owner or insurance agency gives us a mobile number through our "Request a Call" page and agrees to receive texts, we use it only to send appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-ups about that request. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share, sell, or rent mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in data collected through that page to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Terms & Conditions.

10. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, to stop contacting you, or to stop sharing your information. Depending on where you live (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia and other states), you may also have the right to know what personal information we collect and share, to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. To exercise a right, or to opt out of sale or sharing, email us at the address below. We will respond within the time required by law and may need to verify your identity.
