2. Insurance Quote Requests (Consumers)

If you submit an insurance quote request through one of our forms or advertisements:

• We are not an insurer or agency. Meliorone LLC is not an insurance company, agency or producer. We pass your request to one licensed insurance agency, which provides quotes and any insurance services. Any quote, coverage, price or policy is offered solely by that agency and the insurer, and is subject to their terms and underwriting.
• No guarantee. We do not guarantee that you will receive a quote, that you will qualify for any coverage, or any particular price. Quotes vary by driver, vehicle and location.
• Consent to be contacted. By checking the consent box on the form, you agree that Meliorone LLC and the one licensed insurance agency we match you with may contact you by phone calls, text messages and emails, including through automated technology, at the number and email you provided, about your quote request. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means, including emailing info@meliorone.com.
• Accurate information. You confirm that the information you submit is true and that the phone number and email belong to you. Submitting false or another person's information is prohibited.
• Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States.
• Sharing. We share your information with one licensed insurance agency as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program for Business Inquiries

If a business owner or insurance agency gives us a mobile number through our "Request a Call" page and agrees to receive text messages, the following terms apply to that messaging program:

• Program description: We send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages related to a call or information you requested from Meliorone.
• Consent: You consent by providing your mobile number on one of our web forms and checking the box agreeing to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@meliorone.com.
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: Our handling of your information, including your mobile number, is described in our Privacy Policy. For this business-inquiry program, we do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, misleading, or another person's information. We may update or remove content on the website at any time.

5. No Guarantee

While we work to provide accurate and useful information, we make no warranties about the website's completeness, accuracy, or availability. The website is provided "as is."
